all purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty, in accordance with danish consumer law. this means you have the right to complain about defects or faults that appear within 2 years from your purchase date.

please note: the warranty does not cover issues caused by:

customs

if you're ordering from outside the EU, your local customs office may add fees or import taxes when your package arrives. these charges are not included in your order and are your responsibility. dhl express will contact you directly if customs apply – this may also cause a short delay in delivery.

currency
