due to the nature of gemstones, each stone is unique, no two are exactly the same. this means your piece might vary slightly in color, shape, and size. every stone has its own little soul, which also means no two rings will ever be identical.

all jewelry is made in EU sizing. if you're unsure about your size or need help figuring it out, feel free to reach out at contact@wettemille.com. we are happy to help!

take care of your jewelry:
• store it in a box when you're not wearing it
• avoid wearing it while sleeping, showering, or during workouts
• treat it gently, it's handmade with love
repair
we offer repairs on all items made by wette mille, for a small fee. just reach out and we’ll help you find a solution 💌
made to order
• made to order pieces are produced specifically for you and typically take 4–6 weeks before shipment
• you will receive a notification once your piece has been dispatched
• as all pieces are made by hand, slight variations in finish and details may occur
• made to order pieces follow our general return policy, unless the item has been customised or personalised
custom orders
when purchasing a custom order piece with wette mille, you agree to the following:
• once payment is received, we will begin developing a prototype based on your request
• the prototype will be shared for approval before production begins
• once the prototype is approved, we will proceed with casting and final production. from this point, changes are no longer possible without additional cost
• custom pieces are often developed from or inspired by existing wette mille designs, and may share elements with previous or future work
• custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started
• production timelines are indicative and may vary depending on complexity and workload
• we rely on the information you provide. delays in feedback or approval may affect the timeline
• any adjustments requested after completion may incur an additional cost
• wette mille reserves the right to document and share the piece as part of our work
