where do we ship?

• denmark: shipped with GLS
• international: shipped with DHL Express

shipping cost

a shipping fee is added at checkout and depends on your location
• within denmark, shipping is 50 kr via GLS
• international rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment

shipping terms

• once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information
• we are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you
• if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue
• delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier
• if a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply

return conditions

if you'd like to return an item, please send an email to contact@wettemille.com. you’ll receive a reply within 2–3 business days. please be aware that you cannot return a custom piece.

conditions for returns:
• in accordance with eu consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items
• you must return the item(s) in the original box and packaging
• items must be unworn, undamaged, and unmodified
• you are responsible for the return shipping fee and ensuring the item is safely returned. we do not refund the original shipping cost
• when we receive the returned order, we will take 2-3 business days to check the order is returned intact, if intact: refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. if the return isn't received intact, we will contact you through email

wette mille is not responsible for lost return packages. please ship with care, use tracked shipping, and save your receipt until your return is confirmed
